このたび、弊社のメールシステムの設定不備により、お客さまより弊社お客さまセンター宛てにいただいたお問い合わせに対する一部の回答がお客さまへ送られていないことが判明しました。
お問い合わせいただきましたお客さまには、回答までお待たせすることとなり、ご不快な思いをさせ、また、ご迷惑をおかけしましたこと、心よりお詫び申し上げます。
1．発生状況とお客さまへの対応
お客さまからメールによりいただいたお問い合わせに対し、弊社が令和5年2月14日から3月13日までに回答を用意した240件のメールが弊社メールシステムの設定不備により、お客さまへ送信されていないことがお客さまからのご指摘により判明しました。
回答のメールが届いていないお客さまに対し、お詫びとともに、お問い合わせに対する回答を本日3月14日にメールにて送信させていただきます。
2. Future action
本事象発生の原因を特定し、メールシステムの設定を変更しました。今後もお客さまにご迷惑をおかけしないよう、再発防止に努めてまいります。
