[C3] Gaikan Expressway) Oizumi IC exit traffic regulation notice

　At the Oizumi Interchange (hereinafter referred to as "IC") exit of the C3 Gaikan Expressway), the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department will conduct a disaster prevention drill, so traffic is scheduled to be closed (for about 10 minutes) as follows.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you have enough time in advance.

1. Closed section, date and time

1. Section etc.:
   Gaikan Expressway (inner loop) Oizumi IC exit, turn left
   (Tokyo Prefectural Route 24: Mejiro-dori Ave. bound for the city center)
   
   • Turn right (westbound: Niiza / Tokorozawa) is passable
2. Date and time:
   Friday, September 1, 2023, from 10:30 to 10:40 (about 10 minutes)
   • It will be carried out even in stormy weather.
