Due to an on-site inspection of a traffic accident being conducted by the Niigata Prefectural Police on Tuesday, April 23rd, the E17 Kan-Etsu Expressway (Out-bound) will be closed from ​Nagaoka Interchange (IC) to ​Nagaoka Junction (JCT) as follows.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

2. Date and Time:
   2024 12:00-14:00 (about 2 hours)
   • The end time will vary depending on the progress of the accident review.
   • In case of inclement weather, it may be postponed to a later date. We will notify you of the postponed schedule.
   • The exit from Nagaoka IC may be congested, so please be mindful of your speed.

Four. About transfer adjustment due to traffic closure

For customers who exit Expressway due to a road closure, detour around the closed section, then re-enter and transfer in the forward direction, a "transfer adjustment" will be implemented in which the toll will be adjusted according to the section used. (Please refer to the attached document [PDF: 157KB].)
