At the Oizumi Interchange (hereinafter referred to as "IC") exit of the C3 Gaikan Expressway), the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department will conduct a disaster prevention drill, so traffic is scheduled to be closed (for about 10 minutes) as follows.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you have enough time in advance.
1. Closed section, date and time
- Section etc.:
Turn left at the Oizumi IC exit Gaikan Expressway (inner loop)
(Tokyo Prefectural Route 24: Mejiro-dori, eastbound: toward downtown)- Turn right (westbound: Niiza / Tokorozawa) is passable
- Date and time:
2024 Wednesday, September 18, from 10:15 to 10:25 (10 minutes)- It will be carried out even in stormy weather.
