NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture) will be restricting the use of some parking spaces at the Kamikawachi Service Area (hereinafter referred to as "SA") on the In-bound E4 Tohoku Expressway (hereinafter referred to as "Tohoku Tohoku Expressway") in order to conduct joint disaster prevention training with the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force.
Restrictions on parking spaces will be implemented in stages, but in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the training, we ask that you please refrain from parking in areas other than the restricted parking areas shown in the diagram below. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
