平素より、東京外かく環状道路事業（外環事業）にご理解とご協力いただきありがとうございます。
令和2年10月に調布市内で発生した外環事業の工事における地表面陥没・空洞事故により、住民の皆様に多大なご迷惑とご不安を与えてしまい、心よりお詫び申し上げます。
この度、中央JCT南側ランプシールドトンネル工事箇所周辺にお住まいの方を対象に、パネル等を用いて個別にご説明させていただくオープンハウスを開催し、第32回「東京外環トンネル施工等検討委員会」（令和7年7月25日）において確認された中央JCT南側ランプシールドトンネル工事における、「再発防止対策及び地域の安全・安心を高める取り組みを踏まえた工事の状況等」に加え、「事業用地外の掘進」などについてご説明させていただきました。
また、参加をご希望される住民の皆様と事業者による意見交換の場も併せて設けさせていただきました。
