NEXCO East Japan Tohoku Regional Head Office (Miyagino-ku, Sendai City) will suspend the operation of its rapid chargers at the Bandai-san Service Area (In-bound lane) on the E49 Ban-Etsu Expressway from May 11, 2026, due to rapid charger replacement work.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to customers using Expressway, and we ask for your understanding and cooperation.

3. Requests when using the service
(1) Rapid chargers will be unavailable during the suspension period due to renovation work. Please ensure your vehicle is fully charged before using Expressway, and while using the expressway, ensure your battery has sufficient charge and use the rapid chargers installed at rest areas before and after the suspension.
(2) The construction period may change depending on weather conditions, etc. For details, please check the official service suspension information of the quick charger operator.
(3) For details about each charging spot, please check your EV charging app.
