We have confirmed that some ETC Corporate Cards issued by our company in fiscal year 2025 (hereinafter referred to as "Corporate Cards") are unable to be used. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to our Corporate Card users.
If you are experiencing any problems using your corporate card, please contact the ETC Corporate Card service center where you have your contract. We will process a replacement card for you. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us if you have any issues.

- Inquiry and application acceptance hours
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Weekdays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and the year-end/New Year period)
