以下の東日本高速道路株式会社社債（一般担保付、独立行政法人日本高速道路保有・債務返済機構重畳的債務引受条項付）につきましては、令和3年12月28日付で、独立行政法人日本高速道路保有・債務返済機構が債務引受を行い、東日本高速道路株式会社と連帯して弁済の責めを負うことになり、社債管理者は、下記社債にかかる管理委託契約の関連条項を独立行政法人日本高速道路保有・債務返済機構が承認したことを確認したので、お知らせいたします。
