The 110th corporate bond and the 2nd private placement bond have been assumed.

This is to announce that with regard to the following East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. bonds (with general security and concurrent debt assumption clause by the Japan Expressway Holding and Debt Repayment Agency), the Japan Expressway Holding and Debt Repayment Agency has assumed the debt as of September 30, 2024, and will be jointly and severally liable for repayment together with East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd.. The bond administrator has confirmed that the Japan Expressway Holding and Debt Repayment Agency has approved the relevant clauses of the management entrustment agreement for the following bonds.

• East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. 110th Bond
  (General secured, with concurrent debt assumption clause by the Japan Expressway Holding and Debt Repayment Corporation)
• East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. Second Bond Series
  (Generally secured, with concurrent debt assumption clause by the Japan Expressway Holding and Debt Repayment Corporation and with division restrictions, small-scale private placement)
