Regarding the following East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. corporate bonds (secured by general security, with a clause for concurrent assumption of debt by the Japan Expressway Holding and Debt Repayment Agency), as of March 31, 2026, the Japan Expressway Holding and Debt Repayment Agency assumed the debt and assumed responsibility for repayment jointly and severally with East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. The bond administrator hereby informs you that the Japan Expressway Holding and Debt Repayment Agency has approved the relevant clauses of the management consignment agreement for the following corporate bonds.
