Regarding the following East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. corporate bonds, the Japan Expressway Holding and Debt Repayment Agency assumed the debt on September 30, 2026, and assumed joint and several liability for repayment with East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. The bond administrator hereby informs you that the Japan Expressway Holding and Debt Repayment Agency has approved the relevant clauses of the management entrustment agreement for the following corporate bonds.

(Secured by general collateral, with a clause for concurrent assumption of debt by the Japan Expressway Holding and Debt Repayment Agency) - East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. 6th Regional Partnership Bond
