Summary of FY2005 Consolidated Financial Statements

NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Chairman: Shigejiro Yagi) announced the financial results for the first fiscal year of 2005 on June 12, but this time one consolidated subsidiary, the equity method is applied. We would like to inform you that we have created consolidated financial statements for two affiliated companies.
