- About result (trial calculation) of work similar to administrative cost statement of former Japan Highway Public Corporation

East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd.
NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Chairman: Shigejiro Yagi) carried out the same work as the administrative cost statement of the former Japan Road Public Corporation based on the discussions held by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. We will disclose the results (estimated value). This is based on the fact that the Japan Highway Public Corporation previously disclosed information on so-called family companies in the administrative cost statement, and discloses the results of similar work performed by the Company for the 2005 business year. This material has been prepared for the purpose of providing information to the public, and is not prepared for the purpose of providing information that will be used as a reference for investment decisions or soliciting investment.
The fiscal year 2005, which is the basis of this document, is the half year from October 1, 2005 to March 31, 2006 after the company was established.
なお、連結子会社1社、持分法適用関連会社2社を対象とした連結財務諸表については本日別途記者発表を行っているほか、ホームページ（http://www.e-nexco.co.jp）中の「 ＩＲ情報」でも公表しています。
