1 How to receive mail

(1) How to apply (Postage Expressway will pay in 6 companies)
Please enclose your hiker and the prescribed application form in a special envelope (paid by the payee) and send it by "registered mail".

  • A dedicated envelope (paid by the payee) is provided at the toll booth, service area, and parking area information.
    *If you do not have the dedicated envelope, you can print the "Chargeee Payment Display" from the homepage of each Expressway company and attach it to your own envelope. (Because this is an important mail item, please print it on paper that is not easily torn and paste it onto a solid envelope.)
  • For registered mail, please be sure to go to the post office window.

  • The application form, together with a dedicated envelope (paid by the payee), is attached to the information at the toll booth, service area and parking area. It can also be downloaded from the homepage of each Expressway company.

(2) Transfer of refund money

    Transfer to designated accounts of financial institutions such as banks, credit unions, agricultural cooperatives, and post offices (The transfer fee will be borne by the six Expressway companies.)

  • How to calculate the refund amount
    We will refund the remaining number of hikers you have with the following formula.
    Refund amount calculation formula (fractions less than 1 yen will be rounded up.)
    Refund amount = remaining number of hikers on hand x (selling price / face value)
    *Reissued hikers will be calculated based on the selling price and face value of the original hikers before reissued.
    When transferring to ETC, the remaining number of hikers you have will be transferred to ETC. For details on switching to ETC, please see the website of each Expressway company or contact the customer service desk.

2 How to apply at the counter

In addition to mailing, we also accept counters. Please fill in the prescribed items on the application form, prepare your own hiker, and visit the nearest reception desk.
