Since the privatization of the Japan Highway Public Corporation, NEXCO3 has conducted research and research on Expressway technology and its technological development at the Central Research Institute, the organization of NEXCO CENTRAL. In addition, in order to ensure agility, the Expressway General Technical Research Institute, which is an independent joint-stock company that inherits the shared assets of the three central laboratories, will take over the business.
