NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Taito-ku, Tokyo, Regional Head Office president: Shinichi Ishikawa) has completed the construction of the Keiyo Road Soga Interchange (IC) to the Ichihara/Kisarazu area.

Soga IC (Chibaken, Chiba City, Chuo-ku, Ikomi Town) - ○ Project cost
- JPY 4.8 billion
- There will be no opening ceremony or other ceremonies upon completion.
As access between the central and eastern parts of Chiba City and Minamiboso, Yokohama and Haneda Airport areas improves, it is expected that the time will be shortened.
- Completion of Soga IC (entrance/exit for Ichihara/Kisarazu) By
East Chiba City (Kamatori District, Midori Ward, Chiba City)-Soga IC-Minamiboso, Yokohama/Haneda Airport
(Compared to using Ichihara IC) About 10 minutes time reduction - Two routes can be selected when using the Expressway from central Chiba to Minamiboso.
・Central Chiba City → Matsugaoka IC
・Chiba city center → Soga IC
