NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Chairman: Shigejiro Yagi) has been proceeding with the construction. The total length of 32.4km and the Hashie parking area (PA) in the three prefectures and three sections of the Kita-Kanto Expressway is as follows this spring. We will open and open. 1 Outline of open section

- Gunma, Tochigi, and Ibaraki prefectures each have one section open, and Kitakan (total length of about 150 km) has a total extension of about 107 km, with about 70% being completed. Become.

(1) Gunma Isesaki IC-Ota Kiryu IC
- About 15 minutes from Gunma Prefectural Office to Ota City Hall
The travel time between Gunma Prefectural Office and Ashikaga City Office in Tochigi Prefecture has been shortened by approximately 35 minutes, and it is expected to chronically reduce congestion on general national highway No. 50. - Large area where multiple tertiary medical institutions can be selected (population of approximately 340,000 population increased)

Hashie PA (Komagata IC-Isesaki IC)
Hashie PA will open on March 1, 2008 (Saturday) prior to the extension of "Kitakan". We have installed a convenience store in the PA, and by covering the convenience store and the toilet with a large roof, we can provide customers with a comfortable space such as being able to move without getting wet in the rain. From the outdoor garden, you can see Mt. Akagi, one of the three mountain tops.
