Four operations and maintenance operations have been completed and all 14 companies have been established.

NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Chairman: Shigejiro Yagi), by the end of the current fiscal year, the maintenance and management of Expressway will be directly linked to management defects, corporate credit, and experience, know-how and technology. We have been progressively reorganizing the four maintenance operations that need to be accumulated (fee collection business, traffic management business, maintenance inspection business, maintenance and repair business).

We would like to inform you that the reorganization has been completed and 14 NEXCO EAST Group subsidiaries (see Attachments 1 to 6) are now fully implementing the four maintenance operations.

NEXCO EAST Group will work together as a group subsidiary to share strategies and work together to maximize consolidated corporate value.
