NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) has decided the following candidates for directors to be submitted to the 3rd Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held on June 26, 2008.

Representative directors and executive directors will be selected at the board of directors meeting held after the shareholders meeting.

Representative Director and Chairman Shigejiro Yagi (reappointed)
President and Chief Executive Officer Keiichi Inoue (reappointed)
Senior Managing Director Kido Murakami (reappointed)
Managing Director Toshio Onishi (new appointment)
Managing Director Shinichi Saito (new appointment)
