NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Chairman: Shigejiro Yagi) will open a commercial facility on the In-bound line of the Yokogawa Service Area (SA) on the Joshin-Etsu Expressway at 10:00 am on March 26 (Thursday).
In addition to the restaurants and food courts that opened ahead of time, this time around, there will be a shopping corner full of popular local products, a freshly baked bakery corner, a Yokogawa Station memorial corner that recreates Yokogawa Station, and other facilities. The whole thing is renewed.
In addition, we will provide opening service for 4 days after opening.
Characteristic
Under the theme of "Japanese corridor," we will create a high-quality environment with a design that resembles a corridor to provide customers with comfortable time and space. In addition, Yokogawa's “Oginoya Toge no Kamameshi,” which can be said to be a regional asset, will be the core of our active ingredients and products. At the same time, we will set up a new "Yokogawa Station Memorial" corner, aiming to create a service area that remains memorable to customers.

Renewed to a restaurant specializing in soba and creative dishes with the concept of local production for local consumption. In a space where you can relax and enjoy the view of the garden "Yokogawaen" in the area, this restaurant is a higher-grade restaurant where you can enjoy a single menu mainly on buckwheat dishes that make use of seasonal ingredients.

[Shopping corner]
Local popular products are enriched, including famous brands from Shinshu and Joshu. In the "fresh sales corner", original miso manju and oysters are served fresh.
[Toge no Kamameshi Corner]
"Toge no Kamameshi" has been popular for a long time since 1959. By moving the corner to the center of the store, we will continue to offer “taste” that will not change in the future.
[Bakery corner]
Established a bakery corner to serve freshly baked bread. The store has about 30 kinds of bread in the image of a modern Japanese bakery in the plateau.

"Toge no Chaya Dori" lined up in front of the building. We offer fresh snacks such as soft serve ice cream and teppanyaki.

The "Yokogawa Station Memorial" corner recreates the scenery of Yokogawa Station between the Yokogawa and Karuizawa Shin-etsu Main Lines, where some of the actual vehicles were installed and "Toge no Kamameshi" grew up. You can enjoy a nostalgic atmosphere.
