1 Traffic volume (breaking news)

4 Customer questionnaire survey results in the service area (SA) and parking area (PA)

Along with the start of the discount on March 28, we conducted a questionnaire survey to customers regarding the discounted tolls on Expressway eight rest facilities in the area. The cooperation of 1,047 customers.

  • Most customers were aware of discounts on Expressway in rural areas starting from Saturday, March 28 (up to 1,000 yen on holidays).
  • Most customers also wanted to increase the use of Expressway due to the start of this discount.

5 Regarding the entrance status of surrounding tourist facilities, etc.

We conducted a questionnaire survey on the number of visitors to tourist and leisure facilities around the country before and after the Expressway toll discount from March 28.
