NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) decided at the board of directors meeting held today that the candidates for officers to be submitted for the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders to be held on September 13, 2012 are as follows.
Candidate for director
Director Hiromichi Iwasa (new) *Scheduled to be chairman (part-time)
Director Masataka Sakaki (newly appointed)
Director Akio Tsuchiya will retire at the conclusion of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders.
