At NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held today, two new directors were elected as follows.

In addition, at the Board of Directors' Meeting held after the shareholders meeting, Shinichi Saito, a Director and Managing Executive Officer, was selected as the Representative Director (also promoted to Senior Managing Executive Officer).
Regarding the representative director of the Company, a committee is set up by a third party for evaluation based on the Cabinet decision (“Current policy regarding personnel affairs of special companies” (May 18, 2010)).
