NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) has summarized traffic conditions during the year-end and New Year holidays.

- 10km以上の渋滞回数は、58回と昨年と比較して25回増加（約76%増）しました。
- 30km以上の渋滞回数は、1回と昨年と同様でした。
- 期間中に発生した最大の渋滞は、関越道（上り）の高坂SA付近を先頭に1月2日（水）17時20分頃に生じた41.2kmでした。
- 主な23区間の日平均交通量の対前年比は、約6%減少しました。
