NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) is a place where safety is secured by emergency inspections and daily inspections so that customers can continue to use the Expressway safely, safely and comfortably. We would like to inform you that we have decided to remove the ceiling plates (steel ducts, etc.) of the 9 tunnels based on the results and rationalization of future management.

Of the 11 tunnels (14 tubes) that were urgently inspected based on the instructions from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism on "Emergency inspection of tunnel ceiling panels," 9 tunnels (10 tubes) that can be removed due to ventilation calculation
