NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), the Tateyama Expressway Ichihara Service Area (Out-bound) will be on March 26 (Wednesday) at 10 am, and the Nagano Expressway Retirement Service Area (In-bound) will be on March 29 (Saturday). At 11:00 am, grand opening will take place as "Dramatic Area Ichihara (Out-bound Line)" and "Dramatic Area Ibaraki (In-bound Line)", respectively.
"Dramatic area Ichihara (Out-bound)" will be redesigned with the concept of "eating, playing, and enjoying Boso as much as possible" and "dramatic area Kotoburi (In-bound)" with the concept of "cultural lodging hospitality"
On the opening day, we offer various presents and benefits for customers who hold opening ceremonies and events, as well as customers who have eaten and shopped, so please drop in.

Area aiming for comfortable space
In the parking areas of "Dramatic Area Ichihara (Out-bound)" and "Dramatic Area Kotoburi (In-bound)", the parking space is redrawn in consideration of customer's ease of use and safety. To eliminate barriers and make it barrier-free.
In addition, we will develop a walkable garden around the commercial facilities to create a comfortable space where you can fully enjoy the feeling of a resort. The completion of all the parks is scheduled for around April for "Dramatic Area Ichihara (Out-bound line)" and around July for "Dramatic Area Ibaraki (In-bound line)".
