NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) decided at the board of directors meeting held today the candidates for officers to be proposed at the 9th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 25, 2014 as follows.
Representative directors and full-time Audit & Supervisory Board Members will be selected at the Board of Directors' and Audit & Supervisory Board meetings held after the shareholders meeting.
