NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) decided at the board of directors meeting held today the candidates for directors to be submitted to the 10th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held on June 23, 2015 as follows.
- Managing Director
- Ryuichi Hagiwara (newly appointed)
In addition, Director Mikio Kashima will retire at the conclusion of the above-mentioned ordinary general meeting of shareholders.
