NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) decided at the board of directors meeting held today the candidates for officers to be proposed at the 11th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held on June 23, 2016 as follows.
The representative director will be selected at the board meeting held after the shareholders meeting.

Director Hiromichi Iwasa (re-appointed) *Scheduled to be re-appointed chairman (part-time)
Representative Director Hiroshi Hirose (reappointed) * Scheduled to be reappointed as president
CEO Sakaki Seigo Sakaki (reappointed)
Director Motoichi Endo (Motoka Endo) (reappointed)
Director Ryuichi Hagiwara (Reappointed)
Director Masanori Yokoyama (Masano Yokoyama) (new appointment)
