1 Overview
On June 6, 2016, the Fair Trade Commission said that 20 companies on September 6, 2016, alleged that the bidders involved in the pavement restoration work related to the Great East Japan Earthquake ordered by the NEXCO EAST Tohoku Regional Head Office were acting in violation of the Antimonopoly Act. As a result of the exclusion order and the payment of surcharge to 11 companies, the Company will take measures to suspend competition participation qualification based on Appendix No. 2 No. 4 of the "Procedure for Competitive Entry Qualification Administrative Work Procedures".
