We would like to inform you that the implementation period for free Expressway measures for those who have been evacuated from the restricted area due to the nuclear accident has been extended until March 31, 2019.
To apply for the free measure, you must have a "Furusato Return Passage Card" (hereinafter referred to as "card"), but the current card is valid until March 2020.
We will send you a new card in the future, so please use the new card after April 1, 2020.
1. Implementation period
Old) 2020 Until March 31 (Tue) 24:00
New) Until Wednesday, March 31, 3rd, 14:00
2. Sending a new hometown return card
The new card will be sent to the address you have delivered by simple registered mail (not transferable to the new address). You can use the card as soon as you receive it.
Please note that 2020 current card cannot be used after 00:00 on April 1 (Wednesday).
