The candidates for officers have been decided

NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) is, at the Board of Directors meeting held today, 2020 decided the candidate of the officers to be discussed at the 15th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held on June 25, as follows.
The representative director will be selected at the board of directors meeting held after the shareholders meeting at the time of identification.

In addition, Representative Director Masayoshi Sakaki, Director Ryuichi Hagiwara, Director Kazuhiro Sawada, Corporate Auditor Taizo Fujita and Corporate Auditor Noboru Okamoto will retire at the conclusion of the above general meeting of shareholders.
