NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), the following corporate auditors were appointed by a resolution of the 16th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
For Audit & Supervisory Board Members that require the approval of the competent minister, a committee that is evaluated by a third party based on a Cabinet decision (“Regarding the immediate response policy regarding the personnel affairs of officers of special companies” (May 18, 2010)). Has been evaluated by the committee as being qualified as an officer as shown in Attachment-1 [PDF: 89KB].
