Regarding the free Expressway measures for those who have evacuated from the restricted areas due to the nuclear accident, for the time being, we will extend the period until the end of March 2024 and implement system optimization measures after autumn 2023. As there was announcement from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, we will tell.

- Free Expressway measures for evacuees from the restricted areas due to the nuclear accident have been extended until March 31, 2021 (Sun).
- On the other hand, it has been confirmed that the system is being used in a way that is not in line with the original intent and purpose of the system.
- Introduce renewal application procedures for cards that are scheduled to be renewed after autumn 2023, and confirm the purpose of use.
- For those who had an address in some areas (*) at the time of the disaster, the free travel is limited to the section where they apply for renewal.
