East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd., Central Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd., West Expressway Ltd., and Honshu-Shikoku Connecting Expressway Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Four Companies"), which are the operating companies of the ETC Mileage Service, agree to the ETC Mileage Service Terms of Use. We would like to inform you that we have decided to cancel the mileage registrations of two companies that violated the terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") as follows.
The four companies will continue to resolutely deal with any inappropriate use, so we ask all mileage registrants to use the service appropriately in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Incident ①
Corporation A lends an ETC credit card to a member of a business cooperative with which it has a consignment contract, and uses the ETC mileage points and the refund amount earned by the member when traveling on toll roads as its own revenue. He was engaged in a business that was attributed to him.
Since this incident falls under Article 19, Paragraph 1, Item 5 of these Terms of Use, the mileage registration has been canceled.
Incident ②
Union B had registered the on-board device information required when registering for the ETC mileage service using information owned by a different member than the member registering.
Since this incident falls under Article 19, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of these Terms and Conditions, we have canceled the mileage registration of the on-board device information.

Article 19
The Four Companies will cancel the mileage registration without notifying the mileage registrant if the mileage registrant falls under any of the following items: In this case, points and refund amount will also be forfeited.

When it is discovered that the ETC on-board device specified by the on-board device management number submitted when registering mileage pursuant to Article 4 or the on-board device management number for which a change was notified pursuant to Article 20 is not legitimately owned.
