On January 15, 2020, the ``2nd Tokyo Wan Aqua-Line Expressway Traffic Facilitation Measures Study Group (chaired by Chiba Prefectural Land Development Department Road Planning Division Director)'' was held, and a social experiment was held to discuss certain measures to alleviate congestion.
