At our 19th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held today, directors were elected, and at the Board of Directors meeting held after the conclusion of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, the following representative directors were selected and assumed their posts:
With regard to the appointment of the Representative Director, which requires the approval of the competent minister, a committee was established to carry out a third-party evaluation based on a Cabinet decision ("Current Policy Regarding Personnel Affairs of Executives of Special Companies" (May 18, 2010)), and the committee has evaluated him as suitable for the position as an officer, as shown in Appendix 1.

In addition, Directors Kunie Okamoto, Toru Yoshimine and Shigeki Yagi retired from their positions at the conclusion of the above-mentioned Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
