　NEXCO東日本（東京都千代田区）は、休憩施設の利便性向上の取組みの一環として、高速道路を利用するお客さまへの良好な運転環境の提供と休憩機会の確保を目的に、インターチェンジ（以下「IC」）内側の管理用敷地を臨時駐車場として試行運用する実証実験を開始します。
　休憩施設等の不足を解消し、良好な運転環境を実現することを目的に、休憩施設間の距離が35km以上となる休憩施設空白区間については、「高速道路SA・PAにおける利便性向上に関する整備方針（令和5年12月）^※1」において、IC内側の管理用敷地を開放し、短時間の休憩を可能とする駐車場として整備する方針が示されております。
　当社では、休憩施設間の距離が35km以上となる「E50北関東自動車道　桜川筑西さくらがわちくせいIC」及び「E6常磐自動車道　浪江なみえIC」の2箇所を対象にIC内側駐車場を整備します。なお、桜川筑西ICは2月10日（月）15:00より運用を開始し、浪江ICの運用開始時期については、改めてお知らせいたします。
　当該駐車場をご利用のお客さまは、高速道路本線上及び駐車場内の案内に従って適切にご利用くださいますようお願いいたします。

2. How to use (Sakuragawa Chikusei IC)

Parking

Please check the availability status on the information signs and vacant parking indicators on the main Expressway, and if there is availability, turn left just before the toll gate from the Sakuragawa Chikusei IC exit ramp and enter the temporary parking lot.

After using the temporary parking lot, you may re-board your bus by following the steps below for how to re-board after using the bus, provided that you are traveling in the same direction.

Please limit your use of the temporary parking lot to 60 minutes. Also, please refrain from parking anywhere other than the designated parking spaces.
Toilets are available inside the toll booth building.

How to reboard after using the service

If you wish to re-enter Expressway after using the parking lot, follow the signs, stop in the "regular" lane at the toll gate exit, press the intercom and say "I will use the temporary parking lot and get back on Expressway." Please follow the instructions of the toll gate attendant on how to re-enter, etc.
- If you exit into an ETC lane, you will have to pay a toll.
- Driving in the wrong direction should never be done as it may result in a serious accident.
料金所通過後、速やかに一般道でUターンし、ETCカードを抜いて、料金所入口の「ETC／一般」レーンで停止し、インターホンを押して「臨時駐車場利用後の乗り直し」とお伝え下さい。料金所員の指示に従い、通行券は取らずにお進みください。
