　NEXCO東日本（東京都千代田区）は、観光需要を喚起する地域と連携した企画割引「ドラ割」を販売しています。
　今年もETC車限定で高速道路料金が割引になるドラ割「ウィンターパス2026（以下「本商品」）」を本日11月11日（火）14時から発売を開始します。
　本商品は首都圏・仙台・新潟の発着エリアからゲレンデ最寄りのインターチェンジを設定した目的地エリアまでの往復の高速道路料金が割引になる商品で、「往復プラン」と宿泊またはリフト券をセットで利用するとさらにお得な「セットプラン^※」をご用意しました。（※セットプランは、販売価格のほかに別途宿泊代金またはリフト券の料金が必要です。）
　また、今シーズンは本商品の利用期間を4月下旬まで延長した他、全ての「セットプラン」の利用可能日数を3日間に拡充するとともに、首都圏発着の「セットプラン」は発着エリアから目的地エリアまでの1往復と目的地エリア内の高速道路が乗り降り自由でご利用可能なプランに見直しております。
　加えて、目的地エリア周辺の対象スキー場・宿泊施設・温泉施設・観光施設やサービスエリア・パーキングエリアなどと連携し、割引サービスなどのお得な優待特典やアンケートプレゼントもご用意しております。
　さらに、本商品を平日のみの利用期間でお申込みのうえご利用いただいた場合、本商品販売価格の15％のETCマイレージポイントを追加付与するキャンペーンを実施中ですので、合わせてご利用ください。
　なお、昨年まで実施しておりました「湯沢・水上・沼田プラン」は、混雑を避けて快適に高速道路をご利用いただくことを目的としたETC車限定の新たな商品「ずらして冬トク！関越のんびりパス」として同日記者発表しておりますのでご覧ください。

Usage period and number of days available (for both round-trip and set plans)

From Monday, December 1, 2025 to Thursday, April 23, 2026 ^*, for up to three consecutive days

• Excludes New Year's holidays and three-day weekends.

Set plan (metropolitan area)

This plan is available only to those who purchase this product together with an accommodation or lift ticket, and allows for one Expressway within the destination area.

Usage example

Set plan (Sendai, Niigata, Mito)

• Please see Appendix 2 [PDF: 219KB] for the applicable sections.

This plan is available only to those who purchase this product together with a "lodging or lift ticket" and allows unlimited use of Expressway within the designated area for a fixed price for up to three consecutive days.

　This plan allows you to travel on Expressway trip from the departure area to the destination area for a fixed fee within a maximum of three consecutive days.

(Note) The Zao Plan can be used at the above price on either route from the departure/arrival area to the destination area: ① via Yamagata Expressway (via Murata Junction) or ② via the Tohoku-Chuo Expressway (via Fukushima Junction Toll Gate and Yonezawa Kita Main Line Toll Gate). However, if you take ② Tohoku-Chuo Expressway (via Fukushima Junction Toll Gate and Yonezawa Kita Main Line Toll Gate), you will need to re-enter Expressway on the round trip from the departure/arrival area to the destination area. For details, please see "2. How to Use" below.

Set plan

Set with accommodation

1. Please apply in advance for your set plan and accommodation through our travel website "DraPla Travel."
   • Applications will be accepted from 2:00 PM on Tuesday, November 11th.
2. Please use the ETC card and vehicle model you registered when applying as follows:
   [1] Departing from and arriving in the Tokyo metropolitan area
   

   Please use in the order ①⇒②⇒③.

   ①Outbound: Get on at an IC within the departure and arrival area and get off at an IC within the destination area.
   ② Round-trip: Get on and off as many times as you like within the destination area during the period of use.
   ③Return: Get on at an IC in the destination area and get off at an IC in the departure/arrival area.

Ski resort lift ticket set

1. Please apply in advance through our website "DraPla."
   • Applications are scheduled to be accepted from late November onwards.
2. Please use the ETC card and vehicle model you registered when applying as follows:

   Please use in the order ①⇒②⇒③.

   ①Outbound: Get on at an IC within the departure and arrival area and get off at an IC within the destination area.
   ② Round-trip: Get on and off as many times as you like within the destination area during the period of use.
   ③Return: Get on at an IC in the destination area and get off at an IC in the departure/arrival area.

3. Please present the "Set Plan Coupon" screen from the application completion email at the ski resort to purchase a lift ticket for the set plan.

Round trip plan

1. Please apply in advance through our website "DraPla."
   • Applications will be accepted from 2:00 PM on Tuesday, November 11th.
2. Please use the ETC card you registered at the time of application and the model of vehicle as follows.
   

   Please use in the order of ①⇒②.

   ① Outbound: Take from the IC in the departure / arrival area and get off at the IC in the destination area
   ② Return trip: Take from the IC in the destination area and get off at the IC in the departure / arrival area.

Notes

Round-trip plan and set plan (Tokyo metropolitan area)

• It is not possible to use the service in the order of return ⇒ outbound.
• This product will be applied once the requirements for the outbound journey are met.
• If you get on or off at an IC outside the departure or destination area on either the outbound or return journey, tolls may be charged for all or part of the journey in addition to the price of this product.
• This product will end when the requirements for the return journey are met. Any journeys thereafter will not be covered by this product, even if they are within the usage period.

*If you are using the Zao Plan via Tohoku-Chuo Expressway (via Fukushima Junction Toll Gate or Yonezawa Kita Main Line Toll Gate), you must drive the following (1) to (4) consecutively on the outbound and return journeys. In addition, you must transfer (2) and (3) consecutively within 6 hours.
Please note that this plan will not apply if you do not drive consecutively in the order of (1) through (4) on both the outbound and return journeys, or if you do not make the transfer between (2) and (3) consecutively within a 6-hour period.

• [2] Travel only on Expressway under our jurisdiction and pass through the Fukushima Junction toll gate Tohoku Expressway

Set plan

• This product will not apply if the accommodation facility is canceled or if the ski resort lift ticket cannot be confirmed as being used.

4. E-NEXCO point present
   Customers using E-NEXCO pass will receive 50 E-NEXCO points in addition to regular points.
