二輪車ETCの個人情報登録制度　廃止のお知らせ

The six companies, East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd., Metropolitan Expressway Company Limited, Central Expressway Expressway Limited, West Hanshin Expressway Company Limited, and Honshu-Shikoku Expressway Company Limited, announced in a "Notice of Termination of Collection of Personal Information Stipulated in the Motorcycle ETC Registration Terms and Conditions" dated December 18, 2025, that they will no longer collect personal information of customers pursuant to the Motorcycle ETC Registration Terms and Conditions from December 22, 2025.
As we have now concluded our collection of personal information, and have made progress in revising related regulations and deleting stored personal information, we would like to inform you that we have decided to abolish the Motorcycle ETC Registration System and close the Motorcycle ETC Registration Office as of Tuesday, March 31, 2026.

1. Date of abolition of the ETC registration system for motorcycles

2. Revision of related regulations following the abolition of the motorcycle ETC registration system

　令和8年3月31日（火）をもって、二輪車ETC登録規約を廃止する。（別添-1【PDF：861KB】）
　令和8年4月1日（水）に、ETCシステム利用規程（令和8年3月9日改正）を適用する。（別添-2【PDF：189KB】）

3. Handling of personal information

Due to the abolition of the system, personal information of customers who use the ETC system for motorcycles that has been held until now will be properly disposed of in an unrecoverable manner by Tuesday, March 31, 2026, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.

4. Personal information subject to disposal

Personal information to be collected and held as stipulated in Article 3 of the Motorcycle ETC Registration Regulations

5. Closure of the Secretariat

The Motorcycle ETC Registration Office will close on Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
