NEXCO EAST NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) and NEXCO East Japan Area Tract Co., Ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo) have decided "Dream trip to Ibaraki - The good luck charm is mikitty's signature - THANK YOU SO MUCH cholo" from Joban Expressway TOMOBE SA (In-bound line) as "No.1 highway This project was decided as "No.1 Highway Meal".
A total of 22,673 votes were received from the general public for the 14 "No. 2 Highway Meal" finalist menu items, which are sold at service areas and parking areas (hereafter, "SA/PA") and are the pride of each restaurant, taking advantage of regional characteristics. As a result, Tomobe SA (In-bound line) received 2,259 votes, winning the championship for the second consecutive year.
Winner: Ibaraki Prefecture Representative, Tomobe Service Area (In-bound) on the Joban Joban Expressway Tobu Food Service Co., Ltd.

- I was able to enjoy the meal to the very last bite thanks to the variety of flavors I could add with the egg, grated yam, and soup!

Furthermore, from April 24th (Friday) to the end of August of the same year, we will be holding the "Highway Meal Appreciation Festival" to express our gratitude to the many customers who have supported us throughout the qualifying and final rounds.
Our company positions service areas (SAs) and parking areas (PAs) as "regional showcases" that highlight the delicious local ingredients and regional cuisine of each prefecture and region. We were pleased to see many customers participate in this project. Moving forward, we will continue to work closely with local communities to create SAs and PAs that satisfy even more customers.

The portions were generous, and the crispy batter and fluffy filling made it absolutely delicious. There were five types in total, including fried shrimp, fried horse mackerel, and fried scallops, and they were all very tasty.

I ordered it because I wanted to eat both noodles and rice! I personally thought the carbonara sauce was really delicious♩Next time I want to try adding a little bit of curry or something to customize it even more!

He holds qualifications as a meat expert and rice sommelier, and has personally visited and eaten at 15,000 restaurants nationwide. His gourmet-focused social media account (@fallindebu) has over 600,000 followers. Driven by a desire to revitalize Japan through food, he serves as a regional revitalization advisor for the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, and also supports local highway meals at NEXCO EAST!

Customers who order the "2nd Generation Highway Meal" will receive a raffle ticket. Please proceed to the application page by scanning the QR code on the raffle ticket. 8,000 winners will instantly receive a digital shopping voucher worth 2,000 yen or 200 yen that can be used at the shopping corner of the service area or parking area where you ate the "2nd Generation Highway Meal".
