NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) has decided at its Board of Directors meeting held today to nominate the following candidates for directors to be submitted to the 21st Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled to be held on June 25, 2026.
Furthermore, the representative director is scheduled to be selected at the board of directors meeting to be held after the general shareholders' meeting.
