How to pass when the entrance ETC lane is closed

At the entrance, please pick up a toll ticket on a general lane. At the exit, please stop at the general lane and hand the "passport" and "ETC card" to the toll gate staff. When the discount conditions are met, various time zone discounts (commuting, midnight) and various mileage discounts will be applied.

  • Time zone discounts (commuting, midnight) are applicable only when "equipped with onboard device" and "ETC card" payment.
  • If you would like to apply the discount, please kindly inform the staff.
  • In order to apply the discount for persons with disabilities, it is necessary to show the "ETC card" and "passage ticket" as well as the "Disability certificate" at the exit general lane.

How to pass when exit ETC lane is closed

Please stop at the general lane and hand the "ETC card" to the toll gate staff. When the discount conditions are met, various time zone discounts (commuting, midnight) and various mileage discounts will be applied.

  • Time zone discounts (commuting, midnight) are applicable only when "equipped with onboard device" and "ETC card" payment.
  • If the ETC lane is closed at the entrance as well, you will receive a toll ticket at the entrance, and at the general lane at the exit, you will be told that the ETC could not be used at the entrance toll gate, along with the Please hand in the ETC card.
