To ensure safe and comfortable traffic at the Noboribetsu East Interchange (IC) on the Do-O Expressway, the NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Sapporo City Atsubetsu-ku, Regional Head Office President: Yuki Yamamoto) will be under construction at the "entrance night closure" as shown below.
