About "Hokkaido Highway Ramen Contest"

NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Sapporo City Atsubetsu Ward, Regional Head Office President: Yuki Yamamoto) and Nex-area Company Limited Sapporo Branch (Sapporo City Atsubetsu Ward, Branch Manager: Junzo Tashiro) are Hokkaido Service Area (SA) and Parking Area (PA). We will hold the "Hokkaido Highway Ramen Contest" for our stores.

The special judges include Ms. Mikiko Sakai, chief instructor of Kita Gas Cooking School, and Ms. Masako Ishii, UHB's reporter “Noriyuki no Talk DE Hokkaido” including SEKKA maruyama, owner and chef, who has a deep knowledge of Hokkaido's food culture. Then, the representatives of each store are working on making ramen unique to the local area using the ingredients of Hokkaido, with the theme of "our recommended ramen" and "soy sauce ramen".

In addition, the menus to be displayed in the contest are scheduled to start selling at each SA/PA from late December, so please enjoy them.

In addition to receiving opinions based on a wealth of knowledge and experience from judges, we will propose ramen that utilizes Hokkaido ingredients, and by exchanging information between tenants, we will develop ramen that maximizes the uniqueness of each store We hold it for the purpose of making use of our customers' services.
