NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Atsubetsu Ward, Sapporo City) has published "2012-13 Winter Edition Hokkaido Drive Map" which introduces tips for driving Expressway in winter in Hokkaido and tourist information on spots that require special attention.
It was created with the intention of making it safe, fun, and comfortable for those who drive for the first time on a winter Expressway Hokkaido. Be sure to bring one with you for the year-end and New Year holidays.
