4 Implementation contents

It is assumed that a robber who pretends to be a customer threatens a toll booth clerk at work with a pistol or the like to rob the booth of cash and escape. (The criminal is a police officer.)
*In bad weather, training will be conducted at the tollgate office assuming cash robbing.
