NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Atsubetsu Ward, Sapporo City) will inform you of the results of a winter tire installation survey on Expressway. Snow has been observed all over the road, and our survey showed that the winter tire installation rate at all survey locations was over 90%. If you have not installed winter tires yet, please hurry to replace them.
Due to the early snowfall this year, the winter tire installation rate increased earlier than last year.
However, you should not be wary of wearing winter tires. Accidents in the summer in the winter About twice as many times.. Please drive carefully, paying attention to speed, distance between vehicles, and steering wheel operation.
This survey was scheduled to be carried out until the installation rate reaches about 80%, so we will end this publication.
