In autumn, when the days get shorter, there are many traffic accidents during the dusk, and the consciousness of securing the visibility by turning on the lights early prevents traffic accidents. Also, during the autumn holiday season, leisure-type traffic accidents are more likely to occur due to play fatigue, such as drowsy driving, side-by-side driving, excessive speed, and drunk driving.
In this campaign, Expressway in various parts of Hokkaido, in cooperation with local kindergarten students, elementary and junior high school students, and campaign girls, we call for prevention of accidents and safe driving, and the first snow starts to be observed in various parts of Hokkaido 10 Towards the moon, we call for early winter tire installation.

2 Implementation contents
Road safety awareness We will call for traffic safety by distributing leaflets, leaflets, and goods.
In the Eastern Hokkaido area, there are three locations, Otofuke Obihiro IC, Tokachiheigen SA and Shimukappu PA, to secure traffic on the Doto Expressway which is an alternative road to National Highway 274/Nissho Pass, which is scheduled to be closed by the end of October. In cooperation with Hokkaido Tokachi General Promotion Bureau, Shimukappu Village and "Tokachi Aozora Lady", we will call for accident prevention and drunk driving eradication.
"Manatee" will also participate in the campaign.
